Jakub Chlebowski is an attorney-at-law, a senior associate in the technology department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the FinTech & ICT Regulations team.
Experience and education:
He specialises in new technologies law, in particular, IT contract law, copyright law, and in matters of cyber security, technological and financial regulations, and electronic communications law. During his several years of practice, he has participated in projects concerning the preparation, auditing and negotiation of contracts in the IT field, including implementation, service, licence or cloud contracts. His experience also includes participation in projects concerning the analysis of cyber security requirements of entities in the national cyber security system, as well as issuing a number of legal opinions, including opinions on the assessment of the impact of draft national and European legislation. He has been involved in providing services to public and private sector businesses, including IT entities in the ongoing implementation of IT projects.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He received a scholarship for the Pan-European Seal Programme, which included a one-year internship at the European Patent Office in Munich. He holds Agile PM Foundation certification.
