Jakub Krzemień is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland and a partner in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
A specialist in company law and real estate law, Jakub has advised domestic and international companies on corporate matters, M&A, private equity and real estate transactions, including in connection with restructuring processes, project finance, and legal due diligence investigations of companies from various industries.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in 2006, also completing a course in US law organised in cooperation with the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. He also completed post-graduate studies in company law at the University of Warsaw in 2012. Jakub qualified as an advocate in 2011.
