Kacper Królikowski

Kacper Królikowski is an associate and a member of the Employment and Personal Taxation team at Rymarz Zdort Maruta.

Experience and education:

He specialises in labour law and has provided comprehensive support in this area. He has experience relating to individual and collective labour law, supporting clients in connection with due diligence investigations. Kacper has represented clients during subsidy audits in connection with COVID-19, as well as during disputes related to a combination of various types of subsidies. Kacper has also supported clients in collective disputes with trade unions, as well as during management suitability processes in the banking sector. He also specialises in issues relating to whistleblowers, and was certified as an Approved Whistleblowing Officer by the Polish Compliance Institute in April 2023.

Kacper graduated in law from the University of Warsaw in 2021, and during his studies he was active in the Employment Law Scientific Association, of which he was president.
