Kamila Krzak

Kamila Krzak is an advocate, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice.

Experience and education:

Kamila specialises in litigation, with a particular focus on commercial proceedings. During her career she has provided advice related to the day-to-day commercial activities of business entities and designed solutions that take into account the specific aspects of restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.

She has represented clients in numerous arbitration and mediation proceedings, as well as in proceedings before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. She has represented parties in numerous litigation proceedings concerning slotting allowances, logistics services, ongoing counterparty disputes, establishment actions and claims related to possessory rights.

She has gained experience providing services, as a litigation lawyer and an in-house lawyer, to leading business entities from the international FMCG and energy sectors, as well as to a leader in the Polish museums sector.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. As part of her studies, she spent a year studying at the Faculty of Law of the University of Leipzig.
