Kamila Krzak is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the restructuring and insolvency practice.
Experience and education:
Kamila specialises in litigation, with a particular focus on commercial proceedings.
In her practice, she has provided advice related to the day-to-day commercial activities of business entities and offered solutions that take into account the specific aspects of restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. She gained experience providing services, as a litigation lawyer and an in-house lawyer, to leading business entities from the international FMCG and energy markets, as well as to a leader of the Polish museums sector. She has represented clients in numerous arbitration and mediation proceedings, as well as in proceedings before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. She has represented parties in numerous litigation proceedings in the fields of slotting allowances, logistics services, ongoing counterparty disputes, various actions of establishment and claims of possessory rights.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. As part of her scholarship, she spent a year at the law faculty at the University of Leipzig.
