Karol Stypczyński is an attorney-at-law, an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice.
Experience and education:
He has gained professional experience since 2013, primarily at companies and law firms in Warsaw, first as an advocate trainee and then as an advocate. In his work to date, he has focused primarily on litigation in various areas of law (primarily civil, commercial, family and labour law), representing individual clients and businesses clients. In addition, he also participated in the preparation of legal due diligence audits of real estate and commercial companies and provided legal assistance at clients’ headquarters (commercial companies and cooperatives, including housing cooperatives).
Karol is a graduate of law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, and since 2017 he has been a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
