Klaudia Kasztelewicz is an attorney-at-law, a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Energy & Natural Resources team.
Experience and education:
Klaudia specialises in commercial law. She advises clients in connection with transactions involving mergers and acquisitions; in particular, she has extensive experience in conducting due diligence reviews of companies from a variety of industries, including the renewable energy sector. She also provides ongoing corporate advice to clients in connection with commercial and civil law matters.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2019. In addition, she completed postgraduate studies in Italian law at Università degli Studi di Catania. She is also a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where she obtained an undergraduate degree in finance and accounting in 2014. During her studies she completed student exchange programmes at Institut d’études politiques de Bordeaux and Université de Caen Normandie.
