Konrad Zyznar is an advocate, a senior associate in the dispute resolution department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Litigation & Arbitration team.
Experience and education:
Konrad specialises in civil proceedings, criminal proceedings and corporate disputes. He has assisted clients in different proceedings involving, specifically, IT systems, infrastructure and construction projects, infringements of personal rights, white-collar crimes and shareholder disputes in capital companies at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages. He also conducts training sessions in connection with civil and criminal proceedings.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw with the highest distinction (summa cum laude) and completed a course in English and European law organised by the British Law Centre for English Law at the University of Warsaw in co-operation with the University of Cambridge.
