Maciej Wiśniewski is an advocate, an associate in the corporate department, and a member of the Restructuring and Insolvency practice at Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Experience and education:
Maciej specialises in handling court proceedings, including economic, restructuring and insolvency proceedings. His experience also includes providing pre-litigation advice and conducting out-of-court restructuring. He has provided legal advisory services, and represented entities in negotiations and litigation in, among others, the banking, finance, brokerage, aviation, steel, HoReCa, and public sectors.
In 2016 he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, and in 2014 he obtained a master’s degree in international relations at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of the University of Warsaw. Since 2020, he has been an advocate at the Bar Association in Warsaw.
