Magdalena Kazanecka is a trainee advocate, an associate in the technology department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the IT Contracts practice.
She participates in negotiating, reviewing and drafting IT contracts concerning, inter alia, the implementation, service, maintenance and development of IT systems, the purchase of licences/hardware, cooperation with software houses, and body leasing, both on the part of suppliers and technology users. Magdalena prepares contracts in accordance with the Agile and waterfall methodologies, among others.
For years, she has provided ongoing legal advice related to IT matters to some of the largest key companies in Poland, including those in the energy, fuel, telecommunications and insurance sectors.
Magdalena has participated in the process of conducting commercial training sessions concerning legal issues related to IT contracts and the creation of classes for IT students at the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics of the University of Warsaw relating to the practical legal aspects of the everyday work of an IT specialist.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
