Magdalena Kazanecka is a trainee advocate, an associate in the technology department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the IT Contracts team.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She participates in negotiating, reviewing and drafting IT contracts concerning, inter alia, implementation, service, maintenance, development of IT systems, purchase of licences/hardware, cooperation with software houses or bodyleasing, both on the part of suppliers and technology users. Magdalena prepares contracts in accordance with Agile and waterfall methodologies, among others. For years, she has provided ongoing legal advice in the IT area to some of the largest key companies in Poland, including those in the energy, fuel, telecommunications and insurance sectors. Magdalena has participated in the process of conducting commercial training sessions in the area of legal issues related to IT contracts and in the creation of classes for IT students at the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics of the University of Warsaw on practical legal aspects from the point of view of the everyday work of an IT specialist.
