Maksymilian Kaszubowski is an advocate and an associate in the Banking & Finance practice of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Experience and education:
A specialist in banking and finance law, he has worked on financing transactions, including transactions involving acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance and debt restructuring. His experience also includes advising on issues regarding regulatory matters.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in 2022. He was actively involved in various student organisations that managed educational projects and conferences.
