Dr Małgorzata Banaszkiewicz is a lawyer and counsel in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Experience and education:
A specialist in civil and corporate law, she has worked on M&A and private equity transactions, which has included drafting transaction documentation, and in connection with legal due diligence investigations. She has repeatedly advised clients on organised sales processes, which includes advising investors on transactions concerning exits from their investments.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2016 and completed her doctoral studies under the same faculty of the University of Warsaw in 2021.
