We are pleased to announce that we advised the founders of Clinical Best Solutions, a clinical research centre, on the sale of 100% of the shares in the company to Penta Hospitals.
Clinical Best Solutions is a Polish clinical research organisation operating modern outpatient research centres in Lublin and Warsaw. The company conducts phase II–IV clinical trials across a broad range of therapeutic areas, including cardiology, pulmonology, neurology, dermatology, oncology, psychiatry and diabetology.
Penta Hospitals is one of the largest private hospital operators in Poland.
The transaction provides Clinical Best Solutions with access to the resources and scale of the Penta Hospitals group, paving the way for further growth and strengthening its position in the Polish clinical research market.
