Dr Paweł Mazur is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland, an attorney admitted to practice in the State of New York and a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
A specialist in corporate law, has been involved in advising clients on M&A and private equity transactions, including in connection with legal due diligence investigations and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining the law firm, he worked for a leading international law firm and completed internships in law firms and legal departments of companies based in Poland and Germany.
He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2016. In 2019, he obtained an LL.M. degree in corporation law from the New York University School of Law and also obtained a Ph.D. in civil law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and qualified as an advocate in 2020. In addition, he has completed courses in US law co-organised by Columbia Law School and the University of Florida Levin College of Law, as well as a course in German law co-organised by the University of Bonn.
Pawel lectures on civil and company law to both undergraduate and post-graduate students at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw.
