Rymarz Zdort Maruta advises Huuuge, Inc. on share buyback valued at USD 120 million

We are pleased to announce that we advised Huuuge, Inc. (“Huuuge”) on a share buyback pursuant to a limited-time invitation to submit sale offers at a price of USD 7.30 per share. The Company acquired 16,438,356 own shares for a total consideration of USD 120 million.

The total number of shares in the sale offers submitted by shareholders was higher than the number of shares covered by the invitation (i.e. up to 16,438,356 shares), resulting in a proportional reduction in the number of shares in the sale offers under the terms of the invitation. The average reduction of the submitted sale offers was 37.61% (with respect to shareholders holding shares carrying less than 10% of the votes at the Company’s general meeting on the date of the invitation).

“We congratulate Huuuge and its shareholders on the successful transaction. We thank the client team for placing their trust in us once again and for their excellent cooperation, and the team at Ipopema Securities S.A. for the efficient settlement of the transaction” says Filip Leśniak, a partner and co-head of the Equity Capital Markets practice.
