Michał Milewski is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland and counsel in the dispute resolution department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Experience and education:
Michał specialises in arbitration and litigation, including disputes in the broad fields of civil and commercial law, including corporate, post-M&A and commercial disputes. He has represented clients before public courts as well as before domestic and international arbitration tribunals (including SAKiG, ICC, VIAC, SCC and FAI arbitrations).
His experience also includes representing clients in regulatory disputes, in particular before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and the Energy Regulatory Office, as well as in subsequent appellate proceedings before public courts.
In 2024, Michał graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, and in 2018 qualified as an advocate.
