Experience and education:
Patrick is a specialist in regulations related to the health care sector, primarily pharmaceutical law, as well as administrative law. He advises entities involved in the retail sale of medicinal products (pharmacy chains and individual pharmacies) including providing ongoing legal advice and advising on specific development projects. Patrick has advised in several dozen M&A transactions on the Polish pharmaceutical market, and has experience in conducting legal due diligence exercises of entities operating on strictly regulated markets and in franchise development. He evaluates advertising materials regarding regulated products in terms of their compliance with laws and regulations, and also conducts administrative proceedings before pharmaceutical inspection authorities.
He has extensive knowledge in the field of e-commerce related to sensitive products, has advised online pharmacies and marketplace platforms operating on the health & beauty market, and co-created click & collect systems for medicinal products.He provides advice on the establishment of distribution systems and trade in medicinal products at the wholesale level, and has experience in the process of opening pharmaceutical wholesalers. He has participated in large regulatory projects requiring close cooperation with the regulator.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2016, and from the Institute of Philosophy of the University of Warsaw. He was admitted to the bar in 2023.
