Patrycja Gliwka is an advocate and an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Experience and education:
A specialist in corporate law and capital markets regulations, she has worked on M&A and private equity transactions, including tender offers and M&A deals involving public companies. Her expertise also includes disclosure obligations of WSE-listed public companies as well as regulations concerning the prevention of market abuse.
She graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2021 and completed a course in English and European law organised by the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge in 2020.
