Piotr Drzazga is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland and a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the real estate team.
Piotr has over 15 years of experience in advising clients on real estate matters, including sales and acquisitions of various real estate assets, office leases, development and public private partnership projects.
During his professional career, Piotr has also advised on a large number of high-profile M&A transactions, advising banks, financial institutions and international companies on their investments and acquisitions in Poland. A respected practitioner and a skilled negotiator with a business-oriented style and pragmatic approach, he is well prepared to handle all types of real estate and corporate transactions.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Poznan in 2000, and qualified as an advocate and was admitted to practice in 2009.
