Piotr Króliński

Piotr Króliński is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.

Experience and education:

As a specialist in civil and corporate law, he has worked on M&A and private equity transactions including M&A deals involving public companies and conducted legal due diligence investigations. As a member of the corporate department, Piotr provides ongoing comprehensive legal advice in various fields of Polish and European law.

He is the author of several articles on civil law and serves as the vice-editor in chief of the Warsaw University Law Review. He has also been a speaker at numerous conferences, including the “International Graduate Legal Research Conference – Lessons Learned from the Dissolution of and Secession from Political Unions” at the King’s College London or “Edinburgh Postgraduate Law Conference – Great Expectations When Law Meets Reality” at the University of Edinburgh. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2017 and completed a course in English and European law organised by the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge in 2019. He commenced his PhD studies at the University of Warsaw in 2017. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort Maruta, formerly known as Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Pawel Rymarz sp.k., in 2021, he gained experience working for several Polish laws firms and completed an internship for one of the Big Four companies. Additionally, since 2019, Piotr has acted as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
