Przemysław Kopka

Przemysław Kopka is an attorney-at-law admitted to  practice in Poland, a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Banking and Finance practice.

Experience and education:

Przemysław is a specialist in debt capital markets. He has experience in advising issuers and financial institutions in connection with the implementation of both public and private debt issuance programmes and the issuance of various debt financial instruments under such programmes, as well as borrowers and lenders in connection with financing and restructuring transactions. He has experience in both domestic and international financing transactions relating to infrastructure projects, including airports, railways and trams. He is an author of several publications on debt financial instruments.

Przemysław graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2017. During his studies, he completed an Erasmus student exchange programme at Università degli Studi di Padova. In addition, Przemysław completed postgraduate studies in Capital Markets Law and Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics. He qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2021.
