Przemysław Nycz is an advocate and an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions team.
A specialist in corporate law, he has advised Polish and foreign clients on M&A transactions and legal due diligence reviews of both public and non-public companies. In addition, he has advised supervised entities in connection with various proceedings before supervisory authorities. Prior to joining Rymarz Zdort Maruta in 2024, he worked for a leading international law firm headquartered in Miami.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in 2022, and completed the “Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions” postgraduate programme at the Warsaw School of Economics in 2023.
