Sebastian Stępiński is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
A specialist in capital markets, banking and finance law, he handles a variety of debt finance transactions, in particular bond issuances. His experience also includes advising on matters involving investment funds, brokerage services, acquisition finance and complex refinancing.
He has participated in the negotiation of security documents and in M&A and private equity transactions, including legal due diligence investigations of various companies. Before joining the Rymarz Zdort Maruta team (formerly Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Paweł Rymarz sp.k.) in 2020, he completed an internship in the investment funds division of the Citibank group, as well as a number of other internships and traineeships.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2021. In 2019, he obtained a master’s degree in Corporate Financial Management from the Warsaw School of Economics.
