Szymon Marciniak is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the mergers and acquisitions team.
A specialist in corporate law, intellectual property law and personal data protection, he advises clients on M&A transactions, with a particular focus on legal due diligence investigations of companies in various sectors.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2023. During his studies, Szymon participated in a student exchange programme at the University of Valencia. Moreover, in 2022, he completed a course in American Law organised by the Center for American Law Studies at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with Emory University and Georgia State University.
