Tomasz Kordala is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland, a senior associate in the corporate department and a member of the Competition/Antitrust practice of Rymarz Zdort.
Experience and education:
Tomasz specialises in a wide range of antitrust law matters, including matters concerning merger controls, dawn raids, cartels, distribution and commercial agreements, and abuses of a dominant position. He also specialises in consumer protection laws and foreign direct investment (FDI) screening mechanisms. He has been engaged in numerous cases before the Polish Office for Competition and Consumer Protection and the European Commission.
He has gained his experience by providing antitrust advice to many companies from various industries, such as the energy, real estate, FMCG, and oil and gas industries.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2015 and completed a course in English and European law organised by the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies at the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge in 2015. In 2022, he completed the Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law Programme at King’s College London. He qualified as an attorney-at-law in 2019.
