We represent our clients in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority (URE), the President of the Railway Transport Office (UTK), building control offices and tax authorities, as well as proceedings before common and administrative courts regarding penalties imposed by UOKiK, URE, KNF and other authorities.

Our experience in representing our clients in arbitration proceedings relates to all types of arbitration courts and procedures, as well as to various arbitration institutions and rules, including United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), Finland Chamber of Commerce (FCC) and Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC). We regularly appear in proceedings administered by Polish arbitration institutions, i.e. the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw and the Court of Arbitration at Lewiatan Confederation. We have handled many high-value arbitrations and advised on complex investor-state disputes.
