Job description:
The incumbent will coordinate and supervise, within the Corporate Department, the conduct of due diligence processes and the preparation of due diligence reports for complex M&A transactions conducted for international and Polish clients, including private equity funds and corporate clients (including public companies).
Requirements:
- the professional title of attorney-at-law or advocate;
- at least five to seven years of work experience in M&A transactions;
- a solid grasp of the pertinent legal issues gained from relevant transactional experience, in particular in connection with planning and conducting due diligence investigations on the part of both sellers and buyers;
- a fluent, practical command of spoken and written English, with a special focus on legal terminology;
- very good organisational skills, attention to detail, punctuality, an ability to meet deadlines and a heightened sense of accountability;
- experience in project coordination and team cooperation;
- an ability to work under pressure and a high degree of availability;
- an ability to come up with new ideas and flexibility when it comes to solving problems; and
- strong interpersonal skills.
