Dr Anna Partyka-Opiela to head ESG practice at Rymarz Zdort Maruta

We are pleased to announce that as of the beginning of January, the ESG practice at Rymarz Zdort Maruta will be headed by Dr Anna Partyka-Opiela, who joined Rymarz Zdort Maruta in November 2023 along with a renowned team of lawyers specialising in Life Sciences and who has since then headed the Compliance and Forensic practices.

Anna has over 15 years of experience in compliance, investigations, whistleblowing, corruption prevention, sanctions, AML and Legal Design. She provides ongoing advice in the field of corruption prevention and compliance, with a particular focus on issues related to process transparency, communication, and the redesign and optimisation of compliance systems. She has led numerous projects involving the implementation of comprehensive compliance systems, including systems based on ISO standards and related to whistleblowing, AML, sanctions regulations and the proper functioning of supply chains. She also has many years of experience in the areas of compliance, investigative audits, and fraud and abuse risk management projects. She also leads projects related to the simplification of legal communication (Legal Design) and ESG consulting. She is a member of the Compliance Committee of the WSE and a member of the Council of Innovators of the Polish ESG Association.
