We are delighted to have you join us at the Legal & Business Summit 2026!

Below you will find some key information to get you started, including practical details (when & where) and the next steps. We will be sharing more updates soon, but this should give you a solid overview for now 😊.

1. Agenda: In progress – please share any timing preferences

We are currently working on a detailed, hour-by-hour agenda for the event and will share it with you soon. In the meantime, if you have any specific timing preferences for your panel, please let us know as soon as possible. For example, this could be due to a later arrival, earlier departure or other commitments during the event. This will help us plan the agenda accordingly.

2. When: 17-19 May 2026

The 17th will be the opening day and will only feature networking events in the evening. The main conference programme will run on 18–19 May, with 18 May being particularly rich in events (it will be worth saving some energy for both the day and evening 😉). 3. Where: ICE Conference Centre, Kraków

The conference will be held at the ICE Conference Centre (Marii Konopnickiej 17, Kraków), which is close to the city centre/Old Town and well connected. There are many accommodation options nearby, with the closest hotels including:

4. What to expect next: Ticket, Networking, Panel

• Your Ticket: As a speaker, you will receive a registration code in the coming days. This will allow you to sign up in the conference app and connect with other participants. If you do not receive it by 5 May 2026, please let us know.

• Panel preparation: We will be connecting all speakers with the moderators in the coming weeks. The moderators will then organise an online meeting or another form of exchange to ensure everyone is aligned on the discussion formats and the details of the various panels.
