We are pleased to announce that our law firm has been named the winner of the PSIK Awards (Nagrody PSIK) in the category of Legal Advisor of the Year 2024 – Private Equity. This is the second year in a row that we have won in the category of Legal Advisor of the Year – Private Equity. The announcement of the winners and the formal award ceremony took place during a gala event held on 3 June 2024 at the InterContinental Hotel in Warsaw.
The PSIK Awards aim to recognise private equity and venture capital fund managers, advisors, banks, law firms and venture philanthropy initiatives for their achievements on the Polish PE/VC market. The PSIK Awards are organised by the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (PSIK), which for years has been representing the interests of the Polish PE/VC community and supporting its development.
Advising PE funds is one of the cornerstones of our business. We are delighted that our many years of experience and expertise in this field have earned us a stellar market reputation, recognition from the PE/VC community, and therefore the opportunity to participate in such prestigious transactions.
Congratulations to Innova Capital for winning the “House of the Year” award and to Krzysztof Kulig for winning the award in the “Person of the Year” category! We would also like to congratulate our entire law firm, our competitors and the winners in the other categories of the competition.
