Jakub Stebelski is an advocate, an associate in the dispute resolution department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Litigation/Arbitration team.
Experience and education:
Jakub has experience in advising on project management, in particular IT and infrastructure projects. He has been involved in the negotiation of a number of business contracts and has also drafted legal opinions on national and European business law.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. During his professional career he has participated in a wide range of court proceedings, both civil, in particular claims for underperformance, as well as criminal and administrative court proceedings.
