Jerzy Rostworowski

Jerzy Rostworowski is an advocate, a counsel in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta, and a member of the banking and finance practice.

He is a specialist in banking and finance matters, as well as in transactions involving debt finance. He has advised lenders and borrowers on a number of domestic and cross-border financing deals, and specifically on complex leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition finance and refinancing deals. He has worked on public and private bond offerings and out-of-court restructuring procedures. His experience also covers advising clients, including private equity funds, on the financial aspects of M&A transactions.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow in 2014, and completed a course in US law organised in cooperation with the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. In addition, he completed an international business and trade summer law programme organised by the above-mentioned universities. He qualified as an advocate in 2019.
