Maciej Wiśniewski is an advocate, a senior associate in the corporate department, and a member of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice at Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Maciej specialises in handling court proceedings, including economic, restructuring and insolvency proceedings. His experience also includes providing pre-litigation advice and conducting out-of-court restructurings. He has provided legal advisory services, and represented entities in negotiations and litigation in, among others, the banking, finance, brokerage, aviation, steel, HoReCa and public sectors.
In 2016, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, and in 2014 he obtained a postgraduate degree in international relations at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of the University of Warsaw. Since 2020, he has been entered in the list of advocates of the Warsaw Bar Association.
