Magdalena Krupa is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Life Sciences practice.
Experience and education:
Magdalena specialises in healthcare law issues, in particular those related to reimbursement proceedings and the advertising of medicinal products. She is also involved in providing ongoing advisory services to pharmaceutical companies, including innovative businesses.
Magdalena has a Magister degree in law and an undergraduate degree in intellectual property and new media law from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She also holds a Magister degree in French law from the University of Orléans.
She is a member of the 1st Local Ethical Committee for Animal Experiments in Warsaw, acting on the basis of the Law of 21 January 2005 on animal experiments, and is a postgraduate student at SWPS University in the field of animal law.
