Magdalena Krupa-Polak is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Life Sciences practice.

Experience and education:

Magdalena specialises in healthcare law issues, in particular those related to reimbursement proceedings, ensuring patient access to therapies and the advertising of medicinal products. She also deals with issues related to medical devices and contract law, in particular in connection with contracts concluded within the broader market of entities operating in the pharmaceutical sector. She also provides ongoing advisory services to pharmaceutical companies, including innovative businesses.

Magdalena holds a law degree and an undergraduate degree in intellectual property and new media law from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She also holds a degree in French law from the University of Orléans.

She is a member of the 1st Local Ethical Committee for Animal Experiments in Warsaw, which organisation acts on the basis of the Act on the Protection of Animals Used for Scientific or Educational Purposes. Magdalena completed an interdisciplinary postgraduate course in Animal Law at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities and is an active member of the Polish association of Lawyers for Animals (Prawnicy na Rzecz Zwierząt).
