Paulina Kolowca is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland, a licensed restructuring advisor, a senior associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Restructuring & Insolvency practice. Paulina is also a member of the National Chamber of Restructuring Advisors.
She specialises in bankruptcy and restructuring cases, transactions and corporate law. She has many years of litigation experience, in particular in pursuing claims related to the financial market and in commercial matters. She represents creditors and debtors in restructuring and insolvency processes at all stages of proceedings, including out-of-court negotiations.
She has participated in numerous transactions involving the acquisition and disposal of non-performing assets from bankrupt or threatened with bankruptcy entities, including cases with the option of prepared liquidation. She provides comprehensive legal assistance in the field of day-to-day operations of enterprises, partnerships and companies, in the organisation and transformation of business structures, as well as in the resolution of disputes in court and out-of-court proceedings.
She completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Transfer Pricing and Tax Management and postgraduate studies at Lazarski University in the field of Restructuring and Insolvency Law, and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies at Lazarski University in the field of Restructuring and Bankruptcy – Economic and Management Aspects for Advanced Students. She has appeared before all instances of common courts, the Supreme Court and administrative courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court, and is an experienced court mediator and mediator of the Court of Arbitration at the Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).
