Paweł Wieczorek

Paweł Wieczorek is an associate in the corporate department of Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a member of the Employment & Personal Taxation practice.

Experience and education:

Paweł advises on the broadly understood area of employment law. He specialises in both individual and collective labour relations, as well as issues concerning relations with contractors. He participates in projects concerning flexible forms of employment, restructuring and the transfer of workplace establishments. He prepares internal labour law regulations and policies. In addition, he supports employers by helping to solve everyday HR problems, providing advice on labour law at all stages of an employment relationship, as well as in any related labour law court proceedings. Paweł also participates in M&A and private equity transactions, including legal due diligence investigations.

He is the author of articles included in monographs published by Wolters Kluwer and C.H. Beck, as well as a participant in numerous legal and scientific conferences.

He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2023. During his studies, he was awarded a rector’s scholarship for students with outstanding scientific achievements. He was also actively involved in student organisations, in particular as a member of the interdisciplinary seminar Colloquium Legale, and the chairman of the Student Scientific Organisation for Procedural Law.
