Zofia Frydrychowicz is an attorney-at-law admitted to practice in Poland, a partner at Rymarz Zdort Maruta and a co-head of the Banking and Finance practice.
Experience and education:
She specialises in domestic and international debt financing transactions, debt restructuring, and debt securities issues. For more than 15 years, she has advised on a wide range of projects, representing sponsors, borrowers, issuers, banks and other financial institutions in transactions, including acquisition financing, project financing, corporate financing, aircraft acquisition financing, and complex refinancing transactions, as well as domestic and international bond issues. She has also advised on numerous acquisitions of non-performing loan portfolios.
She graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 1998 and completed a French law course organised by the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the Université de Poitiers in 1996. She was admitted to the list of legal advisers in 2002. She started her cooperation with the law firm Rymarz Zdort Maruta, formerly Weil, Gotshal & Manges – Paweł Rymarz sp.k., in 1996.
