Klaudia Cholewa is an advocate, a senior associate and a member of the Environmental Law and ESG practice in Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Klaudia specialises in Polish and EU environmental law and in ESG regulations. She has advised clients from the waste management, construction, energy, chemical and other sectors on regulatory matters, and has represented clients in administrative and administrative court proceedings. She has also advised on environmental aspects in investment processes and transactions, and has advised on compliance with current and future ESG regulations.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice in 2015, and qualified as an advocate in 2021.
